Change in number of shares and votes in Episurf Medical

Episurf Medical AB (NASDAQ: EPIS B): During December, shareholders exercised 256,877 warrants (TO4B). The number of shares has increased by 256,877 B-shares during the subscription period, and the number of votes has increased by 256,877. The number of warrants remaining for future subscription periods is 1,042,207. The terms of the warrants are published on Episurf Medical's website.

The total number of shares amounts to 266,911,920, where 479,357 are A-shares, and 266,432,563 are B-shares. The total number of votes after the conversions amounts to 267,870,634.
