Heimstaden Bostad AB: Transaction Update: Final Merger Clearance Received for Acquisition of Akelius Portfolio

Reference is made to Heimstaden Bostad's acquisition of 599 properties in Germany, Sweden, and Denmark as announced on 26 September 2021. All regulatory approvals have been received and closing of the transaction is firmly set to 1 December 2021, as previously communicated.
