Navamedic ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Following the issue of the new shares, Kathrine Gamborg Andreassen will transfer the shares to her wholly-owned investment company, Soleglad Invest AS.

Following the issue of the new shares in Navamedic ASA, Kathrine Gamborg Andreassen, with her related parties, will own 666,668 shares and 105,000 options in Navamedic ASA.
