Omnicar Holding AB Q4 2022 and year end report 2022

Dear shareholders,

Please find attached our Q4 2022 and annual report for 2022.

2022 has been a great year for our mobile service business where we have serviced +10.000 customers and obtained an impressive 4,9 out of 5 in customer satisfaction.

2022 has also been a challenging year with the development, introduction and finally closure of the sales business. All losses related to the closure incl. provisions for sale of loss-making cars in 2023 have been taken in the Q4 report.

This puts us in a good position for 2023, where our focus can be solely on growing our service business and reach our primary objective to reach profitability.
