30.03.2016: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)

On 30 March 2016, in connection with Borregaard's option programme, 35,000
options in Borregaard shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 16.68
per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Borregaard
