Cognosec Board of Directors have today decided to reschedule the publication
of the Company's interim report for the third quarter and the first nine
months 2015

The interim report will be published 13.00 on Monday, October 19th, 2015,
instead of, as previously announced in the Company's Financial Calendar,
Tuesday, November 17th, 2015

Publication will be made through NG News and also on the Company´s
