Correction regarding bulletin from the Annual General Meeting of Betsson AB (publ)

This does not affect the previously decided redemption proceeds of SEK 393.6 million, corresponding to SEK 2.88 per share to be distributed to the Company's shareholders. The amount was calculated on the total number of shares, amounting to 144,493,238 million shares, with any withdrawn shares held by the Company not eligible for repayment.
