European Energy A/S: The feed-in-tariff for the solar PV plants with a total capacity of 50.4MW constructed at Vandel, Denmark, has been determined

Company announcement 1/2016

The Danish Transmission Authority has made its decision regarding the eligible
tariff for the solar PV plants with a total capacity of 50.4 MW that were
constructed and grid connected in 2015 at Vandel, Denmark, by a company owned
and operated by European Energy A/S and a partner (cf. company announcements
dated 21st and 22nd December 2015 respectively).

All plants were connected to the grid by the end of 2015 and the Danish
Transmission Authority has now decided that the plants are covered by the
specific tariff scheme entitling the plants to a tariff of DKK 1,02 per kWh
for the first 10 years following grid connection. The decisions are expected
to contribute positively to European Energy A/S' financial position.
