Intrum Justitia AB: ISS recommends shareholders to vote for the combination of Intrum Justitia and Lindorff

ISS, one of the leading international proxy advisors, has recommended
shareholders to vote in favour of the Board of Director's proposal to
the EGM to approve the combination between Intrum Justitia and
Lindorff and to issue new shares to the shareholders of Lindorff.

ISS is estimated to advise approximately a quarter of the shareholders
in Intrum Justitia. The EGM will take place on December 14.
