Kongsberg Automotive ASA - Registration of new share capital relating to the long term incentive program

The share capital increase pertaining to issuance of the new shares in the Long Term Incentive Participants Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 1,054,860,643.30 divided on 10,548,606,433 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
