Norway Royal Salmon ASA: Nominated for ten new green licenses

Norway Royal Salmon ASA («NRS») subsidiaries received today letter from the
Norwegian Authorities announcing that the following companies are nominated
for new licenses in group A:

NRS Finnmark AS: 5
Nord Seafood AS: 2
Nord Senja Laks AS: 2

The price per license is MNOK 10. NRS has then been nominated for all its 9
applications in group A.

Previously the Directorate of Fisheries announced that NRS Feøy AS, another
subsidiary of NRS, was allocated one of the fifteen new green licenses in
group B. NRS bid NOK 56 million for the license. As a consequence of the
allocation NRS Feøy AS will hand in one license in Rogaland and receive two
new licenses in Troms. Troms is a region where NRS historically has had
significantly lower production costs than in Rogaland. NRS expects that the
transfer of the license to the operations in Troms will improve the group's
profit margins.

After this nomination, NRS will have 35 licenses, which is an increase of 40
%. 19 licenses are located in Finnmark, 11 licenses in Troms and 5 in
Rogaland and Hordaland.

In addition, Wilsgård Fiskeoppdrett AS, where NRS owns 37,5 %, has also been
nominated for 2 new green licenses in group A.
