Norway Royal Salmon ASA: Share-based incentive scheme - Mandatory notification of trade

Norway Royal Salmon ASA (NRS) today sold 30,097 shares at a price of NOK 61.28
per share in connection with management's synthetic stock option scheme.

The participants in the synthetic stock option scheme have an obligation to
buy NRS shares for the paid bonus amount after tax, at the volume weighted
average price for the share in the period from 16 March to 27 March. The
average price is 61.28 per share.

After these transactions NRS now owns or have the contractual right to a total
of 3,553,531 own shares, representing 8.16 per cent of the share capital of
the company.

In connection with the stock option scheme the following primary insiders in
NRS bought shares at a price of NOK 61.28 per share:

Ola Loe purchased 17,557 shares. Total holding after the purchase is 156,326
Norway Royal Salmon shares.
Klaus Hatlebrekke purchased through related parties 12,540 shares. Total
holding after the purchase is 95,283 Norway Royal Salmon shares.
