Copenhagen, December 16, 2016 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the
trading in Gate Ventures Plc's shares (short name: GATE) commenced today on
Nasdaq First North in Copenhagen. Gate Ventures belongs to the ICB industry
sector Consumer Services and is the 85th company to be admitted to trading on
Nasdaq's Nordic markets* in 2016.

entertainment, e-commerce, fashion retail, consultancy & operational projects.
