Proventus Capital AB (publ), a subsidiary of Proventus AB, provides
development capital through investments in public corporate bonds and private
corporate loans to mid-sized companies in need for growth and restructuring
capital. Investments are carried out primarily in the Nordic region, Western
Europe and in the US. The Proventus Capital Partners participation loan
debentures are listed on the NDX segment of Nordic Growth Markets NGM in
Stockholm, and are held by approximately 25 investors.
