Vida Cannabis Canada Ltd. : Appoints Derek Ogden Chief Operating Officer and Responsible Person in Charge

Toronto, Ontario - April 25, 2014 - Vida Cannabis Corp.
("Vida Cannabis") is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Ogden to the
position of Chief Operating Officer as well as Responsible Person in Charge
of its wholly owned subsidiary, Vida Cannabis (Canada) Ltd. ("Vida Canada").
As the Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC), Mr. Ogden will work at the site
and will be responsible for supervising all licensed activities, and for
ensuring that the activities comply with the CDSA, its regulations and the
Food and Drugs Act
.

Derek Ogden spent nearly 27 years with the RCMP, rising to the rank of Chief
Superintendent. He served as Officer in Charge of Drug Enforcement and as
Director General of the Drugs and Organized Crime branch, where he oversaw
the national drug enforcement program, organized crime investigations,
national undercover program, source witness protection program and source
development, and headed up approximately 1300 investigators. His tenure with
RCMP began as a police officer from 1981 to 2000 in British Columbia. Over
the course of his career, Mr. Ogden has worked closely with Health Canada as
well as the Departments of Defense and Justice.

Most recently, Mr. Ogden served as president of Obsidian
Consulting&Investigations, which serves global clients to investigate
counterfeit medical devices and protect intellectual property for government
and corporate clients. Previously, after retiring from the RCMP he became
Director of the Anti-Illicit Trade Program and Director of Security for the
largest tobacco company in Canada. Derek has significant experience in all
aspects of security pertaining to employees, physical assets and company
product.

Derek Ogden earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University
of New Brunswick and completed the Executive Management Program at Queen's
University. He is fluent in both French and English.
